Villa Sandstone is a beautiful 400 sq.m stone-built villa with 7 bedrooms at the area of Kastro, with amazing sea and sunset view, the perfect option for your vacations in Mykonos!
The property is located in a 9000 sqm plot, close to Agios Stefanos beach, Mykonos’ new port, Mykonos Town (Chora) and Choulakia Bay, with uniquely shaped pebbles of natural interest are close.
The villa is on the North-West side of Mykonos and consists of a main house, 3 independent guest houses, several outdoor sitting areas, dining area, a spa pool (non-heated) and an outdoor Jacuzzi (Not Heated). Guests enjoy moments of relaxation at the outdoor areas with comfortable sofas, floor pillows, dining table etc.
7 bedroom Complex with private pool
The property consists of the main house and three guesthouses. Together, the houses have seven bedrooms and can accommodate seven couples or 14 guests.
Sandstone Villa is close to Mykonos Town (Chora), Agios Stefanos Beach and Choulakia Bay which has uniquely shaped pebbles. The outdoor areas include a non-heated spa pool and a non-heated Jacuzzi, dining area and comfortable sitting area.
Unique Layout
The Main House can host up yo 8 guests in 2 floors. In the Entrance floor you will find
– A living room with a dining area that has a fireplace for cold days and an A/C for warm days. Same room exists on 1st floor.
– A kitchen equipped with all modern appliances.
– 2 bedrooms with a double bed, A/C, ceiling fan and a door that opens onto the balcony.
– A bedroom with two single beds, A/C, attached bathroom, window with a view of the sea and a balcony sea.
– A bathroom & WC
Near the main house, there is a Guest house with fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and two windows with a view of the sea. Finally 2 more Guest houses are located below the Main house.
